1. No Refund Policy

All sales made through Sangeeta Raj are final. We follow a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds will only be considered under the special circumstances mentioned in Section 2.

2. Damaged Product Refund Policy (Special Case Only)

A refund will only be considered if:

  • The product received is genuinely damaged, defective, or unusable.
  • The damage occurred before delivery and is not caused by customer misuse.
  • An identical replacement (same design, size, and color) is not available in stock.

To claim a refund for a damaged product, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.
  • You must also provide clear photographs showing the damaged product.
  • The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • The evidence must be shared with us through WhatsApp or Email.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video, incomplete evidence, or after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

If the claim is verified and a replacement is unavailable, the refund will be processed.

3. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved under Section 2, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.

4. Exchange Policy (Size Issues Only)

We offer exchanges only for size-related issues under the following conditions:

  • Exchange is available only for a different size of the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Customers must provide product photographs or videos while requesting an exchange.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

If the requested size is unavailable, our No Refund Policy will apply.

5. Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colors, designs, and details accurately.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Mobile or computer display settings
  • Screen resolution

Minor variations in color or appearance shall not be considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sangeeta Raj shall not be responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Delay caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Loss of profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Product damage caused after successful delivery.
