Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
- Free shipping may be available on selected products or minimum order values during promotional periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Email, or WhatsApp.
- Customers can track their shipment using the tracking details shared after dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unavailable during delivery attempts:
- The package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Sangeeta Raj will not be responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect address details.
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect phone numbers.
- Orders delivered to wrongly entered addresses.
Please verify all details carefully before placing your order.
7. Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

- Courier issues
- Festivals or public holidays
- Operational delays
- Natural disasters or unforeseen events
In such cases, we request customers to cooperate and allow additional delivery time.
8. Damaged Package During Delivery
If the outer packaging appears damaged at the time of delivery:
- Record a proper unboxing video immediately.
- Take clear photos before opening the package.
- Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
9. International Shipping
Currently, international shipping may or may not be available depending on the destination and product availability.
