Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

Sangeeta Raj – Return & Refund Policy

At Sangeeta Raj, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund & Limited Return Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.

2. Damaged Product Refund Policy (Conditional)

Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

The product is genuinely damaged or defective and unfit for its intended use.
A replacement product of the same design, size, and color is not available.
The customer provides:
- A clear and unedited unboxing video of the package.
- High-resolution photographs of the damaged product.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number/Invoice).

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

3. Exchange Policy (Size Only)

Products can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item (subject to stock availability).

Conditions for Exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Exchange requests must include an unedited unboxing video and clear photographs of the product.
Shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
If the required size is unavailable, refunds will not be issued.

4. Color & Product Variation

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in product color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for such minor color variations.
