Return & Refund Policy – Sangeeta Raj
At Sangeeta Raj, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict No Refund & Limited Return Policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any purchases.
2. Damaged Product Refund Policy (Conditional)
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- The product is genuinely damaged or defective and unfit for its intended use.
- A replacement product of the same design, size, and color is not available.
- The customer provides:
- Clear and unedited unboxing video of the package.
- High-resolution photographs of the damage.
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
Evidence must be submitted within 24 hours of product delivery via Email (info@sangeetaraj.com) or WhatsApp (+91 XXXXXXXXXX).
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
3. Exchange Policy (Size Only)
Products can only be exchanged for a different size of the same item (subject to stock availability).
Conditions for exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Exchange requests must include an unedited video and photographs of the product at the time of request.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer.
- If the required size is unavailable, refunds will not be issued.
4. Color & Product Variation
Slight variations in product color due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution will not be considered as damage.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be accepted for such minor variations.
